1. Why is my information needed?
Some elements of Quest Analytics' products are web based. Because of this, they may require the use of first and last names, company name, street address, email address and phone number. At a minimum, we may require such necessary information during the registration process.

2. What information does Quest Analytics collect and how is it used?
PERSONAL INFORMATION: We collect personal information from users through our site when a user registers online for a conference or webinar or when a user requests information about our products. We may use the information to contact you regarding Quest Analytics’ products and services. Your email address may be used to send you periodic product newsletters, offers and usage tips from Quest Analytics. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time, but will still receive communications such as receipts, confirmation emails and customer service updates that are considered necessary to provide proper service to you. PAYMENT INFORMATION: Quest Analytics does not directly collect or store any information related to credit card payments. These services are provided by our banking integration partners. For example, when registering for a conference, you will be directed to a payment processing web page hosted on our banking partner's website. At no time is Quest Analytics ever in possession of your payment-related information.

SESSION RECORDS: To maintain our quality of service and to assist in the analysis of product performance, Quest Analytics may also collect certain standard information about your computer for security and identification purposes. This information may include: IP addresses, domain names, access times, browser type and browser version, cookies, and other unique identifying information of machines that have our software downloaded and installed on them. This information is used for the operation of the service, to identify and protect our customers and to control unauthorized use or abuse of our services.

When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on order forms hosted by our banking partners, the transmission of that information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
