Karen Tachian leads HCSC’s Network Regulatory Operations teams, who are responsible for enterprise network adequacy, regulatory submissions, and mandated audits under the Network Business Solutions division. Karen has served in several leadership roles for HCSC, including within the Medicare division. Prior to joining HCSC, Karen worked for a smaller health plan and owned and operated a small business. Karen holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Michigan and is in pursuit of her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
