The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released their proposed Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters (NBPP) rule for the 2025 plan year (PY 2025). This rule is all about making sure that qualified health plans (QHPs) offered through the health insurance marketplaces are top-notch.
