Zach Snyder is Vice President of Government Relations for Quest Analytics. In this role, he leads the Government Affairs strategy for Quest Analytics, which includes working directly with state and federal regulatory agencies that oversee health plans; advocating for effective regulation of provider network adequacy; and analyzing wide-ranging health policy.
Before working for Quest Analytics, Zach held similar government affairs leadership roles with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, The Pew Charitable Trusts, Willamette Dental Group, and the Washington State Dental Association.
In addition to his work with Quest Analytics, Zach is an adjunct instructor at Bellevue College and Bastyr University where he teaches courses on the US healthcare system and legal and regulatory aspects of healthcare.
Zach earned his J.D. and M.P.A. from Seattle University School of Law.
